l was privileged to be invited to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Suttie Arts Space by transforming the physicality of the space.

The brief asked that the space feel joyous and to remove any sense of being in hospital.
The short winter daylight hours prompted the use of light as the main feature of the space.

Taking inspiration from patients and key environmental features of Aberdeen. Water lay at the heart of how to bring a sense of nature inside.
